Processing Times

All items are made to order in our Staffordshire workshop.

  • Standard products: 2–5 working days

  • Custom commissions: 2–14 working days depending on complexity

  • Large or multi‑piece orders: We will confirm a timeframe before production begins

UK Shipping

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail and trusted couriers.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

  • Tracked services: for larger items

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and size.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Tracking is included for most international orders

Packaging

All our work is packaged securely. We try to reuse packing materials to help with wastage.
